RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Individuals to whom personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of whether such data exist, to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy, or request their integration, updating, or correction (Article 13 of Law No. 675/1996 – Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, “Personal Data Protection Code”).

Under the same article, individuals have the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
